The UPS shipping label for my order was created on November 22nd, and that was the last completed step. UPS says the package never arrived at their facility to be shipped out.
I've emailed Dynamite 3 times with no response. I've yet to try calling because I don't want to waste my time being on hold. If email is one of their options for customer support, then I shouldn't have to call just to get some sort of response. Emails should be answered.
I am not happy at all with the lack of communication.
You should be ashamed Dynamite. Ashamed!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $52.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Lack of customer service, Lack of accountability.
