I'm in the same boat - placed an order Nov. 21, received shipping confirmation Nov.

23, Visa charged 24. Now Dec. 6 (15 days later) and haven't received my items. E-mailed Dynamite twice with no response.

E-mailed UPS - they have not received the package from Dynamite. Spent 40 minutes on hold with Dynamite - finally spoke with someone - they are blaming UPS. She said they have 8,000 customers affected by this and will be sending letter and 'compensation' shortly. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor or cancel my order.

I will wait a few more days before initiating a charge-back through my credit card company.

I have to say, I have never had this issue with them before, but this is crazy. Especially having my e-mails inquiring about it ignored.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $133.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
