Disappointing service by Dynamite CLothing I placed an online order for 2 dresses on Nov 28,2016 and selected "2 day delivery" by paying $20 extra. Items were shipped on Nov 29 and I should have received the dresses on Nov 30,2016.

Today is Dec 05 2016 and I still haven't received my dresses. I want my shipping fee to be refunded. I understand it is a busy time of the year but that is what I paid the extra dollars for. I have been a dynamite customer for years but I will never goo back to dynamite.

Totally disappointed with the service, even the customer service takes ages to reply. I emailed customer service and just got a standard reply.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
