I've emailed their customer care 4 times now with no response. Needed to get an ETA on my order which was placed on Nov27th. I did this through both their website and on my email account. Very disappointing at such lack of customer service, yet their email notification confirms the emails went through and they'd get back to me asap......so much for that,

(oh but they are super quick to charge your credit card)........

If you offer email service you should really monitor it.

Very poor customer service, not impressed.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Respond to your customers emails rather than ignoring them .

I didn't like: Customer service.
