BEWARE of Dynamite and Garage. They have horrible customer service.

For those of you that don't know, they put their damaged and defective items at their outlets hoping no one sees them and buy it. Once you buy it, you're stuck with it. Just bought a white shirt to wear to work and found a pink stain on it. Brought it back to them with tags on it for a simple exchange with the exact same shirt.

They flat out refused to do it because it's my "fault" for not seeing the stain in the dim lights that their store had. Been shopping at their store since 2009 and they give zero *** about it. You're all so much better at spending your money at a store that takes responsibility for selling damaged items and fixing it for their customers. Been working in customer service for 8 years and have never received such horrible customer service.

The girl told me I should be washing it to get the stain out (who the F buys a new shirt to wash it before wearing it to take stains out of it??). Spread the word because Garage/Dynamite are definitely not cheap stores to shop at.

Other good alternatives would definitely be Suzy Shier/Express. Definitely not Dynamite who try to rip you off by selling you *** clothes and put the blame on you.
